Our dining experience was awesome! We loved all the food and my, now fiance, proposed to me!!! The waiter (Frederic) was really great and brought us out a complimentary chocolate covered carrot cake with a candle for us to blow out. My fiance didn't really enjoy his mixed drink so Frederic fixed him up with a little bit more strawberry taste which definitely was a perk for a great dining experience. It was great that Frederic was actually honest with us and told us to eat just a little from the bar so we don't miss out on all the meat servings from being full. The meal was a little pricey, but for the amount and type of food, it was worth it. Overall, great restaurant and we will be back!!!

My wife and I really like Bacana Brazil. Their special brisket is our favorite! Of course, we were satisfied with their foods and service this time as well.

The food is great. I especially like the bacon wrapped chicken and the roast beef. I love the variety of unique salads and warm dishes they offer. Our server was very good at taking care of all our needs and had a terrific sense of humor. I recommend Bacana Brazil to all who love new experiences in dining.

I told my son about Bacana and he brought his three buddies back with him two nights later. They all raved about the food, service, and atmosphere as well.

This was a phenomenal experience. The servers kept coming with a variety of meats. The salad bar selections were specific to the brazilian heritage. The selection of meats was delicious and well prepared. The grilled pineapple and bananas was a special touch and delicious. The ambiance of the restaurant made our celebration that much more special. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for something different.

We went to Bacana for my husband's birthday, he is a meat eater. If you enjoy meat
this would be the resturant for you. I had never been to a Brazilian Steakhouse so
this was a new experience for me. I enjoyed eating from the salad bar while my
husband enjoyed the various meats, like salmon, shrimp, prime rib and twelve other
choices. I was impressed with their drink selection, they featured an extensive wine
list as well as various brazilian cocktails. The atmosphere was very quiet, but I
was there on a Monday night. With all that said I enjoyed it and my husband
loved it!

I had never been to a Brazilian steakhouse but I will definitely go back. The atmosphere was energized and fun. The staff was attentive and engaging. The food was pure dining heaven. The dishes on the side bars were phenomenal. The variety of meat brought to the table was all wonderful. Bacon-wrapped chicken, grilled shrimp, beef, lamb, pork - each one cooked to perfection and more delicious than the last. The entire meal was pure ecstasy for my taste buds. Fantastic experience!

The food is authentic and excellent, served in the traditional, boisterous manner of Brazil. No need for salad here either. Eating at a churrascaria is a fun game where the gauchos attempt to stuff your face to the point where your stomach is ready to burst. The service is fast and furious. Challenge yourself to see how many "rounds" you can take. If you want meat and lots of it and dont mind the traditional, Brazilian style of service then be prepared for a tasty, filling culinary experience.

After Honolulu and Hong Kong, the owners picked St. Louis for their first mainland US restaurant, and we are lucky they did. The servers bring around the meat - mainly steak, plus some chicken, sausage, and shrimp - at juts the right pace. The side menu bar offers a great variety, from veggies to salads, rice and beans, and more. Great atmosphere; great food - for lunch and dinner. We will return many times.

I went to Bacana without a lot of Brazilian dining experience. Boss paid for a dinner at a place in Chicago, Brazza's. Bacana was better and a lot cheaper which was good because I was paying for this one.
The grilled meats were really tasty. I rate the top sirloin and lamb as the best, although the pork was very good also. The salad bar was pretty good, I really liked a bean stew they had on a hot line. Chunks of pork and beef were in the stew and it was great on rice.
The really cool thing about this restaurant, for me, was the service. The staff, quite a few of them real Brazilians, were friendly and truly kind in helping me to understand the cuisine.
Great place, I will be back!!
